Hands-on workshops and fellowships that build practical coding skills for students who want to go deeper.
Awareness alone is not enough — students need structured opportunities to build real skills. Our Skills & Fellowships focus area delivers workshops, camps, and project-based learning that connect classroom curiosity to industry-ready abilities.
From the E-STEM Summer Camp — our flagship fellowship on summercamp.cosognepal.org — to intensive programs like Web Development with WordPress and Open Source 101, we design experiences where students ship real work, not just complete exercises.
Many of our skills programs partner with schools, colleges, and industry mentors. Graduates often go on to contribute to Code for Charity builds or pursue internships with our partner organizations.
